P.K.'s :: [18:42:59]For those of you who don't know the term PK is a reference to a Player Killer. A person who in an online RPG decides to kill other players. Another common term for these people is bastard. There is no benefit to killing players in game. Not at all. The only thing even close to it is that a killed player will drop items you can take. Player Killers however are generally at least 40 levels above anybody they are going to kill so any dropped equipment is useless to them. Quite frankly these are sad and pathetic little creatures. Why do they do it? Does it make them feel big? Do they enjoy it? Can't really see how either of those would work seeing as all these people need do to kill someone is click on them because they are generally of such a ludicrous level that they cannot fail to kill someone in a single hit. The prime target of the PK is the n00b, the person has only just started playing and so hasn't managed to waste as much of their life on the game as the PK. You get PK's in all online games, but especially RPG's. Don't get me wrong you get a lot of very helpful and nice people. But you also get a lot of pricks and cunts. The PK's not only fall into this second category but they are the poster boys and girls for it. Why they do their depraved and foolish acts I do not know, the only thing I can think of is that in reality they get their arses kicked on a dayly basis or something to that effect.
As soon as I reach a high enough level myself it is no doubt going to be my mission to slaughter any PK I see picking on people below them. Don't get me wrong, there is a form of PK which is acceptable. That form of PK is the one the one who has become so mighty that nothing in the game holds fear for them anymore and so they turn their hand to fighting other players who have made such a substantial achievement. That seems not only logical but good to me. Picking on people 100 levels below you however is not so impressive. At present any prick who kills my laughably low level character finds themselves slaughtered by the many powerful members of my friends Guild. Revenge is sweet but I hope it may teach them a lesson. Probably not as they are clearly of such low intellect that they take pleasure in such strange things that are equivalent to you standing on an ant. Odd and annoying people.
:: [18:30:22]I was informed this announcement came out a while ago, but I only just heard about it, so you know. It's about Sony and their professional suicide. No seriously. They have decided to take legal action against the second hand games market. Losers. So any of you still incredibly stupid enough to desire a ps3 I hope you have a hell of a lot of spare cash because you will never be able to buy a game secondhand anymore, only at the over the top prices sony say you should pay.
