Who wants to be a millionaire. :: [21:00:17]
I think that phrase should be changed to "Everyone needs to be a millionaire". With the rising prices of just about everything in the whole wide world and beyond it seems to be increasingly difficult to afford to live in even a basic fashion. This is especially true for the working and lower middle classes at present. Oh don't pull that face, you know the classes still exist you just don't want to admit it because you're not near the top of the ladder. Poor you. Deal with it. It does exist and yes, yes you are probably getting a rough deal which means you are far less well off than you should be. That is what they call life my friend and that is the way of the world. I work every hour I humanly can and it leaves me knackered. My partner does the same. The current government legislation punishes us. Apparently enjoying all the money we work so hard for is not the way it should be. My mistake. Similarly we are punished by the system for making the descision to not place another burden upon the system and have children. Odd little paradox there for you. Just shows what genius the system is. Hmm, I'm starting to sound like a hippie, hacker or god only knows what else. But that's just the way it is. You can't argue with the truth. Why we are punished for working hard and placing no burden on society I'll never know.
I know for a fact that individuals who choose not to work, have not done so for an extremely long time. Happens to be an "alcoholic" (or rather in this case claims to be because they know it means the council gives them more money for no reason and excuses them from not having a job) and basically gives no nothing to society is handed everything he wants and yet excused from all the societal and monetary burdens affecting the rest of us. Quite frankly it's some f**ked up s**t. I could postulate the cause of this insanity that infects the country but quite frankly it would be a waste of time and effort as it doesn't make matters better either way.

Life is getting more and more expensive and it's effecting nearly everyone. I find this very depressing.
